Connect PROXY to Claude
Once this is done you can ask Claude about anything at Baltzar — whether the shop is up, where an order has got to, whether something is in stock — and it answers straight away. If something needs fixing, it writes it up and passes it on for you.

Open Claude and go to Connectors
In the Claude app or on claude.com, open Customize and then Connectors.
If someone has already set PROXY up for the whole company, you'll see PROXY listed with a “Custom” label. Click Connect next to it and skip to step 4.
Add a custom connector
Click +, then Add custom connector.
Paste the address and click Add
Paste the address from the top of this page into the URL box, then click Add. Leave everything else alone — you don't need the advanced settings.
Sign in when PROXY asks
A PROXY sign-in window appears. Enter your work email and the access code Tedy gave you, then click Connect.
You only ever do this once.
Turn it on in a chat
In any conversation, click the + button near the message box, choose Connectors, and switch PROXY on.
Then just ask
- “Is the webshop up?”
- “Where is order 1042?”
- “How many orders did we take yesterday?”
- “Do we have any of this fabric left?”
- “When is Andersson's suit ready?”
- “Something looks wrong with the prices on the German site”
You don't have to phrase things carefully or know what anything is called. If Claude isn't sure what you mean, it will ask you a question back until it is.
If something goes wrong
- It says my email and code don't match
- Use your work email exactly as written, and type the code including the dashes. If it still refuses, ask Tedy to issue a new code.
- Claude says it can't see PROXY
- The connector is probably switched off for that conversation. Click + near the message box, choose Connectors, and turn PROXY on.
- It answers, but says it can't reach some data
- That part hasn't been connected yet. Everything else still works — Tedy needs to switch that one system on.
